Laboratory Assistant (R&D)
Responsibilities:
- To assist in the set up and upkeep of science laboratories, laboratory equipment, chemicals and any other related laboratory items for the purpose of experiments and R&D activities
- To assist in lab analysis, operating analytical instrument / equipment, assisting in the implementation of the laboratory system and any related technical matters
- To keep an inventory and maintain proper stock / materials records, used in the laboratories
- To replenish consumed and broken equipment land miscellaneous items in the laboratories to ensure adequate material for experiment
- To ensure cleanliness, safety and security of science laboratories at all times
Requirements:
- Possess SPM / STPM / Pre-U / Diploma in Chemistry or relevant qualifications in any science background
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- 1-2 years related working experience in Chemistry labs would be an advantage
- Good communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
