-Has a substantial experienced in Food and Beverage in 4 star to 5 star International Hotel, Must have strong operational background and with comprehensive understanding of all other operations departments within the hotel. Must be proactive, and customer result oriented
Job requirements / Responsibilities:
-Assists in menu and recipe preparation with the Executive Chief
-Ensure all Food and Beverage activities are constant and envolving with revenue in mind
-Ensure all functions in the hotel are co-ordinated properly ensuring all set ups are up to standards
-Understanding of the running of all Food and Beverage outlets its equipments usages and storages
HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
Job requirement / Responsibilities:
-Candidate must possess at least a degree, post graduates, diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
-Hardworking, Honest and able to work independently
-Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
SALES MARKETING EXECUTIVE
-SPM or GCE O Level / GCE N level
-Degree holder less than two years experience in Sales & Marketing
Job requirement / Responsibilities:
-Source an build up clientele base both for Corporate and Government alike
-Prepare and present proposals and presentation to clients
-Develop and maintain excellent relationship with clients
-Strong communicating, negotiation, organizational skills
-Good time management skills is important
FRONT OFFICE SENIOR SUPERVISORS
-3-4 years Hospitality Management or foreign equivalent or minimum, must have 3-4 years working experience in the 4 to 5 star hotel environment. Responsible in supervising the sooth and efficient running of all guests related areas in the hotel, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
Job requirement / Responsibilities
-Working knowledge of the hotel administration financial basic accounting and auditing
-Knowledge of the art of hospitality and services (leading hotel or 5 star)
-Excellent, clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
ACCOUNT CLERK
Job requirement / Responsibilities:
-LCCI Diploma holder or higher
-Familiar with accounting software
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
-To ensure the sooth and efficient running of the operation of the Front desk ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standards required by the Hotel
-Minimum 1 year experience in 3 to 4 star hotel
Job requirement / Responsibilities:
-To be fully conversant with Front Office system
-To check in guest and check out guest
-To register updated guest information into the Front Office system
-To receive all approaching guest and provide courteous service
