Customer Service
- Relevant experience and qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in inbound
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Technical Support Officer
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent, with experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Proficient on applications such as Microsoft Office, E-mail clients and Web Browsers
- Knowledge in networking such as LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP and other network protocols
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Excellent communication (oral and written) in English
- Knowledge in Visual Basic, Crystal Report Development and Microsoft SQL Server will be an advantage
Security Guards (RM600-RM700)
- At least SPM, ex army / police or in previous security experience, can speak English
- Have own transport or motorcycle license & willing to work on 12hr Shift
