Requirements (minimum) / qualifications:
- Develop the Mall into 1st choice shopping and social centre; to create value for investors, owners, tenants and customers, and to complement the hotel
- Manage the property and its staff, and retailers / customers' requirements / expectations; Mall promotion, renovations approvals & enforcement etc
- Minimum 5 years experience in a leading and responsible role in a Shopping Mall
- Possess leadership and change management skill
- Preferably a Degree or Diploma holder
- Must be willing to work minimum 3 nights a week

Mall Retail / Customers Executives (2 Nos)

Requirements (minimum) / qualifications:
- Assist the Mall Operations in promoting, developing and managing the owners /tenants and customers requirements / expectations in line with company and market practices
- Day to day dealing with retailers and customers, and meeting their needs and expectations
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar line
- A pleasant, results oriented and self-driven person
- A diploma holder in hospitality / tourism, or related field

Mall Technician Engineer or Technicians

Requirements (minimum) / qualifications:
- Assist the Mall Manager and the company in ensuring a clean, safe and efficient Mall. Primarily responsible for preventive maintenance; manage retailers complaints on technical requirements, check renovations compliance; to deal with Authorities, vendors, cleaning & security, on technical matters
- Minimum 5 years experience in a responsible position in Mall and Hotel maintenance management
- Possess a Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering, and a good knowledge of building services
