HEAD OF SALES, DEPOSIT & FEE-BASED PRODUCTS
Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales of deposit and fee-based products / services to meet set targets
- Assist the Branch Manager in executing sales and marketing activities of deposit and Fee-based products / services
- Seek prospective customers and solicit new business
- Supervise, mentor and coach sales staff of the branch
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Results-oriented with strong leadership and selling skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
CARD SALES EXECUTIVES
Responsibilities:
-Sell and promote credit cards
-Participate in roadshows, corporate promotions and events nationwide
-Maintain good customer service and project Public Bank's corporate image
-Ensure timely submission of credit card applications
Requirements:
-Minimum SPM qualification. No experience is required as training will be provided
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Performance-driven, target-oriented and motivated towards a successful career in sales
Remuneration:
Success candidates can expect a basic salary of not less than RM1,500 per month plus attractive commission and will be offered 1 year contractual employment with the opportunity to be a permanent staff if performance is up to expectation
SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVES
Responsibilities:
- Sell and market the Bank's whole range of financial products and services to meet set targets
Rewards:
- An attractive annual performance bonus awards sales personnel who excel in their sales performance
- Performance bonus rates exceeding 25 months salary have been paid in the past for outstanding achievers of sales targets
BANCASSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVES
Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote Bancassurance products
- Identity customer segments for new sales
- Build customer relationships to upsell and cross-sell banking products
PERSONAL FINANCIAL EXECUTIVES
Responsibilities:
- Handle promotions and sales of financial planning products
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification with at least 3 years working experience
- Fresh Diploma holders without experience will be considered
- Experience in the selling of financial services and produces with keen interest in business development and sales related activities would be an added advantage
- Must be pro-active, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented with a strong desire to sell
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
