EXECUTIVE, OPERATIONS
Role and Responsibilities
-Analyse and recommend on the activities / promotions require in order to create additional sales for each specific outlet / area to obtain incremental sales in order to achieve the budgeted sales.
-Identify, analyse and recommend new products to be introduced that specifically suit the customer needs and market studies against the competitor
-Execute and implement the sales strategies plan to achieve the budgeted sales set by each specific area / outlet
-Execute and implement the inventory system planned to ensure availability of products
-To prepare require report on the overall operations within the specific assigned area / outlet
Requirements:
-Degree in any discipline preferably in retail with minimum of 3 years working experience in retail management in supervisory role
SUPERVISOR, OPERATIONS
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Supervise product movement and assist on coordinating promotions activities
-Ensuring inventory system exercise conducted accordingly to ensure stock lossess to be minimized and out of stock situation is avoided
-To monitor and provide information on slow moving item
-To ensure enforcement on staff disciplinary are at the expected requirement to ensure staff abide by the Company's rules and regulations
-To ensure enforcement of procedures and policies on cash handling and reconciliation are abide and implemented accordingly
Requirements:
-Diploma in any discipline preferably in retail with minimum of 3 years working experience in retail industry
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent service to customers and handle cashiering duties according to the Company's policies and procedures
Requirements:
-1 to 2 years working experience in reatil industry will be an added advantage
-Possess a pleasant personality and able to interact with customers
-Fluent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak other language is an added advantage
-Able to work on shifts
-Age between 18 to 30 years old
-MCE / SPM or equivalent with

- English - Pass
