Branch Manager (Based in Sandakan)
The Job:
-Manage the entire operations, administration and financial planning of the customer service centre at the Sandakan branch
-Ensure all subscribers' service requests, enquiries and complaints are attended to in a proficient manner
-Supervise, motivate and manage a group of customer service officers to achieve set performance targets

The Person:
-Degree in a business related dicipline
-At least 3 years experience in a customer service environment with relevant supervisory skills
-Good communication skills and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Able to interact with all levels of people and possess a service oriented mindset
-Ablity to work and manage in a fast-paced and challenging environment
-PC literate in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
