Graphic Designer / Animator
Responsibilities:
- To create artist impressions, fly-though and animation rendering in 2D/3D contents for layout-plan applications
- Able to work as a team, share knowledge with others and contribute meaningfully to the company's growth plans
- Must be proficient in, Photoshop and Illustration, Google Sketch up
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Art & Design / Animation / Multimedia / Digital Communication / Virtual Reality or other equivalent discipline
- Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop & Google Sketch up
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Manager
Responsibilities:
- To conceptualize, plan and implement overall advertising and promotional activities to generate revenues
- To handle requests and enquires on the usage of promotional and advertising panel space within Putatan district
- To source for sponsorship for promotions and events
- To maintain regular dialogue with the media, and to regularly identity opportunities for publicity for publicity for the mall
- To build relations with the tenants and garner their participation in our activities
- To evaluate result and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis
Requirements:
- Candidate must at possess a Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant of working experience in retail / hospatility industry
- Creative, dynamic and resourceful with good media and relevant promotional partners contacts
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ecellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prepare to work long and irregular hours including weekends and holidays
