Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Responsible for the administrative and HR function of the Group, including recruitment, selection, manpower planning, industrial relations, employee welfare, training & development, staff development, motivation & performance management
- To plan, direct & co-ordinate the Central Administrative support service of the Group to keep the organisation operating smoothly in supporting other general business administrative support
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years working experience subtantially in HR Management and Administration in a managerial position
- Well versed in the latest HR legislation & best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills & good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
HR Executive
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Responsible for the HR function of the Group, including recruitment, selection, manpower planning, industrial relations, employee welfare, training & development, staff development, motivation and performance management under the supervision of Manager / Director of HR
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience substantially in HR Management
- Well versed in the latest legislation & best practive in HR
- Strong interpersonal skills & good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Those without relevant qualification but with more than 10 years working experience as HR Officer / Executive can be considered
Accounts Executive
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Responsible for supervision of a team of accounting personnel and assist the Accountant to ensure accurate & timely issuance of financial statements and financial reports for the group
- Assist in cashflow management, budgeting and implementation of internal control system
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy with at least 3 years accounting working experience
- Good knowledge of accounting standards & internal controls
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Responsible to prepare tender and contract documents, including BQ, undertake costs analysis, establish client requirements & undertake feasibility studies
- Practical experience and knowledge in AutoCAD design & architectural drawing and engineering software preferred
- Diploma / Degree in QUantity Surveyor with at least 3 years working experience in similar position
- Strong project management & technical skills
Sales Office
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Commercially driven person with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Conversant in local dialects, possess valid driving licence & own vehicle
- SPM & above, preferablywith min. 2 years working experience in sales
