Bhd. the newly appointed BMW dealer for Sabah is looking for customer oriented candidates who are passionate about BMW product, highly motivated, result oriented and looking for new challenges and to be part of our dynamic team. Interested candidates are invited to fill in the following positions:
Sales Manager
(1 Position)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the BMW sales operation and able to supervise and motivate Sales team towards productivity and professionalism
- Able to plan and implement sales promotion strategy and activities in order to achieve sales target
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any field preferably in Marketing, Business Management or Administration
- Computer literate, Ms Office
- Minimum 3 years working experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Possess good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills, highly motivated, good interpersonal skills, self-confident, analytical thinking and result-oriented
- Possess own transport with a valid driving license
Sales Executive
(4 Positions)
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plan in consultation with sales management to achieve sales target
- Develop good customer relationship and monitor customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma / Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year working experience in sales
- Possess good command of spoken and written Englis and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an advantage
- Pleasant personality, highly motivated, result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess own transport with valid driving license
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Account Executive
(1 Position)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the status of the Dealer Balanced Scorecard and the After sales Target Agreement Measures
- Periodically monitor the status of operational issues to ensure that the are within controllable levels at all times
- Review and follow-up on bank account reconciliation on a timely basis, taking corrective action as and when required
- Coordinat the annual vehicle and parts stock counts exercises
- Monitor purchase of assets within allocated budget and ensure adherence to SOP
- Ensure that the demo vehicle registration with the GPA requirements
- Ensure clearing of road tax, insurance and salesman commission payments and review work flow and processes and identify areas for improvement and implement programs to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality
- Ensure proper filing of all documents
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance / Accounting or a similar level of professional qualification
- Experience in a computerized integrated accounting environment
- Possess good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Minimum two (2) years of working experience preferably in automotive industry
- Highly motivated, good interpersonal skills, self-confident, working independently with minimum supervision
Customer Service Officer / Service Advisor
(1 Position)
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that customers are provided with optimum advise on service required
- To ensure that customers have a pleasant experience while their vehicles are being serviced
- To develop after-sales business plan and activity in consultation with after-sales management to achieve overall after-sales target
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years working experience in customer service industry
- Possess good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an advantage
- Familiar with workshop opeartion flow, knowledge of warranty and collision claim proceducre with past experience as technician in automotive industry will be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and customer relation skills, highly motivated, self-initiative, team player and performance-oriented
- Possess a valid driving license
Junior and Senior Mechanic
(3 Positions)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting BMW vehicle repairs in accordance with the specifications provided by the manufacturer
- Ensure that quality repair and service jobs rendered meet customer expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum SPVM / Certificate in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in automotive repairs
- Familiar with workshop work flow, able to perform service maintenance and repair, basic knowledge of wiring
- Pleasant, self-confident, good interpersonal skills, highly motivated, initiative, team player and result-oriented
- Possess a valid driving license
Receptionist
(1 Position)
Responsibilities:
- Able to handle incoming calls and attend to walk-in visitors and guests courteously and tactfully
- Able to handle front desk duties, distribution of incoming / out going mails and documents, perform clerical / other general administrative duties and ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / STPM qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an advantage
- Pleasant and confident personality with a cheerful disposition and good telephone etiquette
- Computer literate, MS Office
