Executive Customer Service Operations
- Body & Paint (Kota Kinabalu)
The Job:
- Assist the overall management of the Body Repair Section to ensure set targets are met and related company initiatives are successfully implemented
- Motivate and manage staff so that a high level of productivity, competency and commitment can be achieved
- Implement after-sales customer care activities to ensure delivery of excellent customer service
- Prepare required reports including warranty and insurance claim
- To ensure appropriate submission and application process to JPJ
- Assist to supervise and consistently monitor the level of Work-In-Progress at branch.
The Person:
- Degree in Automotive Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent with automobile or related experience
- Dynamic interpersonal skills with ability to manage a team and interact with people effectiveness
- Self-motivated and independent with strong leadership skills and able to perform under pressure
- Experienced in Insurance Claim will be an added advantage
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- IT Savvy- Microsoft Application / Insurance Merimen System
Administration Assistant
(Location: Kota Kinabalu, Lahad Datu & Labuan)
The Job:
- Compile various branch reports and general correspondences
- Handle enquiry and provide excellent customer service
- Carry out effective filing management and arranging meeting if required
- Responsible for any administration jobs
The Person:
- SPM / STPM / Diploma in Public Administration / Business Studies / IT or equivalent
- Preferably female, age 18-28 years old
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Good command of verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- High degree of initiative, team player and excellent coordination skills
- Good working knowledge of PC
Parts Assistant
(Location: Lahad Datu)
The Job:
- Responsible for the proper control of inventory to achieve targeted stock turnover ratio
- Ensure prompt back order, follow up and supply of parts to customers
- Responsible for the achievement of targeted counter and workshop sales target
- Carry out proper 5S activity and other planned programs
The Persons:
- Candidate must possess at least STPM / Certificate or Diploma in Automotive / Engineering or equivalent
- Preferable female
- Minimum 1-2 years related working experience
- Good planning and administrative skills
- Proficient in computer application - Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills with ability to work independently
Service Advisor
(Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Tawau & Lahad Datu)
The Job:
- Advise and attend to customers' needs for servicing / repairing of vehicles
- Establish of total customer care standards of the service centre
- Assist in the achievement of branch service and customer satisfaction. Ensure effective implementation of customer retention program
The Person:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering / Business Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive industry especially at the Service Centre
- Excellent team player with less supervision
- Possess valid driving license
Technician
(Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Tawau, Lahad Datu & Labuan)
The Job:
- Responsible in conducting repair and service job at the service centre
- Ensure quality repair and service jobs meet customer expectation
- Carry out 5S activities at the service centre
The Person:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Familiar with operations, services and maintenance of engine
- Responsible and able to meet high customer expectation
- Possess valid driving license
