Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:
- To oversee and manage the daily operations of the entire warehouse operations
- Maintain and drive improved efficiency and effectiveness of all warehouse and logistics divisions, including process of inbound,outbound & storage, inventory control, manpower, machinery & etc
- Produce KPIs and review operational process
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration / Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Chartered Institute Logistics Transport (CILT) or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse, especially in 3PL, strong background and sound knowledge in warehouse management
- Able to lead, manage, train, motivate team members & subordinates to achieve planned warehouse targets & procedures
Warehouse Assistants (Reach Truck Driver & Forklift Driver)
Responsibilities:
- To lead / unload the cargo into / from lorry / containers
- To do daily housekeeping at warehouse
Requirements:
- Required skill(s): Able to drive forklift or reach truck, having license D and / or H
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to work in cold environment
Warehouse Assistant (Checker, Picker & Mover)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Head of Department on day to day administration and storing of materials function in the warehouse
- Responsible on the storing materials and maintaining its accuracy either by physical inspection or in the system
- To plan, manage & execute the company's logistic and warehousing processes and optimizing the available resources of keeping optimum stock level against the ever demanding needs of the operations
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, SPMV or its equivalent
- Competent in controlling the material transaction and related document
- Willing to learn and work on odd hours shift with an open attitude
Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy for all information input into system. This must also be reconciled with historical data
- To ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedures
- To liaise and coordinate with carriers / customers / warehouse to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Executives specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
- Good timekeeping and sense of responsibility
Data Entry Clerk
Responsibilities:
- To perform receiving and issuing activities
- To be responsible for managing invoices and updating system
- To assist to perform cycle count
- To perform inventory maintenance
Requirements:
- Must be able to work on shift or extended hour if required
- Able to work under pressure, independently land meet tight deadlines
- Must be computer literate especially Ms Excel and Word
Finance / Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing full set of accounts
- Liaise with relevant maintaining proper office filling system
- Organizing and maintaining proper office filing system
- Performing general assignments as when required by office situation or by Superior
- Provision of full range secretarial services / assistant / clerical including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, telephone work, correspondence, filing, other office administration, etc
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance / Accounting / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
- Required skill(s): UBS Accounting Software, Ms Office
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for Admin Accounts Clerk
Lorry Drivers
Requirements:
- Provide delivery of goods to customers
- Ensure stocks in good order
- Must have GDL license
Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
- To conduct Preventive / Predictive / Maintenance of equipment to minimize equipment downtime
- To coordinate with order department / vendors for equipment improvement
- Work independently, self-motivated, resourceful, committed and also a team player
- The repair and maintenance of plantwide's utilities, i.e Air-conditioner electricity, vacuum, DI water & etc
- Provide supports for housekeeping, general maintenance and plant line movement for new layout
- Liaise with Utilities Department and relevant government authority on work related matters
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Preferably with 2-4 years working experience in similar field
- Knowledgeable in HVAC, Electrical,Compressed Dried Air, 5S and project improvement will be an advantage
