- Diploma / Degree in Accounting
- Minimum two (2) years experience in Construction Company
- Experience in full sets of accounts
- Independent analytical and able to work under pressure
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
ACCOUNT CLERK
- Minimum LCCI level 2 or it's equivalent / Fresh graduates with good accounting result are encouraged to reply
- Minimum two (2) years experience in Accounting
- Able to handle full set of accounts will be an added advantage
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
SALES EXECUTIVE
- Minimum SPM or higher equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum two years of related working experience in property
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, able to speak Chinese is an added advantage
- Able to work on shift duties
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
- SPM o STPM holders
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, able to speak Chinese is an added advantage
- Minimum one (1) year working experience in customer service industry
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and independent
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills (particularly in English)
- Expected age to be in 20s or early 30s
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint
DRAFTSMEN
- Preferably with ID background and architectural experience (male or female)
- Minimum two (2) years working experience
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and independent
- Good computer skills in Autocad
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
RETAIL EXECUTIVE
- Minimum two (2) years working experience
- Must be able driven and customer service oriented
- Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays to meet deadlines and schedules
- Experienced with logistic documentations and able to handle correspondences with overseas suppliers / agents
- Mature and able to work independently and efficiently
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to speak Chinese is an added advantage
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint
RETAIL ASSISTANTS
- Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year working experience in related field
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, able to speak Chinese is an added advantage
- Possess initiative, discipline, strong motivation and able to work under pressure
- Possess own transport
ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANT
- Candidate must possess at leas SPM certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, able to speak Chinese is an added advantage
- Possess initiative, discipline, strong motivation and able to work under pressure
- Possess own transport
DRIVER
- Must possess E driving license
- Minimum two (2) years working experience
- Warehouse experience is an added advantage
- Preferably 25-35 years old of age
- Able to communicate basic English
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and independent
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
