Senior Sales Manager
(To be based in Iramanis)
The job:
- Overseeing and monitoring the performance of the sales team, sales activities & sales department operations on a continual basis
- Devising sales and marketing plan, strategies & materials
- Establishing & implementing individual and team performance goals
- Providing leadership to the sales department to achieve its sales target
- Overseas all hiring and training of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing
The Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a business related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a sales management capacity in the housing industry
- Must have good understanding and knowledge of the industry
- Have strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
Sales Executive
(To be based in Iramanis)
The job:
- Attend to and close all sales inquiries, gather and compile purchasers' feedbacks
- Procure prospects, compile and update database of prospects and purchasers
- Assist & liaise in documentations, signing of S&P, collection of booking fees from purchasers and submission of bank loan application
- Assist in marketing activities and market research
- Assist in training of new sales personnel on product knowledge
- Attend to other administrative tasks including upkeep of sales and site offices

The Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications from recognized institutions
- At least 1 year of proven relevant experience in sales. Fresh local graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good written and verbal communication - English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good computer knowledge - Microsoft Office applications

Accounts Executive

Requirements:
- Qualified accountants or semi-qualified accounting personnel with or pursuing a Degree in CPA / CIMA / ACCA or MIA from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years experience in supervisory level

- Team player, result oriented and able to meet stringent reporting deadlines
