Senior Valuation Executive / Valuation Executive
- Degree in Estate Management or its equivalent
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Mature, strong leadership and management skills
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Related experience preferred

Real Estate Negotiations
- Possess tertiary qualifications
- Pleasant disposition and good command of written and spoken English
- Outgoing personality and high degree of initiatives
- Must possess a car

Vacancies
We are looking for highly motivated personnel to fill in the vacancies:
Research Officer
- Degree / Diploma holder in Valuation of Real Estate Property, Economics, Business Studies or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office applications
Accounts / Admin Executive
- Degree / Diploma Holder in Accountancy / Finance or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience of relevant working experience in similar position, Experience in secretarial duties and NGO / association would be added advantage
- Able to handle full set of accounts and handling all administrative works
- Computer literate in MS Office applications & UBS Software
- Able to work independently and perform well under tight deadlines
Admin Assistant / Receptionist
- Possess at least SPM
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in related field; Experience in secretarial duties and NGO / association would be added advantage
- Computer proficiency in MS Office applications
- Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure & deadlines

General Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and perform well under tight deadlines
- Possess positive attitude, responsible, pleasant personality, dynamic, reliable, self-motivated, meticulous, multi-tasking and team work under minimum supervision
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia with Chinese language will be an advantage
- Possess own transport
