Sr. Operations Manager / Engineer (Kota Kinabalu)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree of Professional Degree in Engineering / Business Studies / Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills with strong follow through abilities
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales
- Possess leadership abilities, aggressive and result-oriented
- Must be willing to be based in Kota Kinabalu
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for branch operations issues inclusive and identify new areas for business opportunity service quality
- To formulate marketing strategies to develop business and identify new areas for business opportunity in East Malaysia
- Manage and drive performance in order to achieve the sales / operations targets
- Establish business contacts and relationship for expansion of business oppotunities
- In charge of branch operation in establishing good internal control system to ensure smooth administration and a good working environment in order to retain staff and provide good customer service support
- To be responsible in achieving zero debts and ensure prompt collection and payment
Operations Engineer (Kota Kinabalu)
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in the construction of building works at project sites
- Possess good working attitude, ability to organise, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate, knowledge in project software and AutoCAD is an added advantage
