Public Relation Manager

- The individual works with the mall advertising department and the advertising directors of the various shops to promote the mall and its image, campaigns, and events
- The public relations manager is responsible for taking care of the day-today public relations functions at the mall. These include writing press releases and weekly or monthly calendars about mall events and they are sent or delivered to the media. The individual may be responsible for developing a media mailing list or updating an old list.
Housekeeping Assistant Manager
- Minimum 3 years working experience in maintaining the cleanliness of the public area of a shopping complex, hotel or office complexes
Chargemen B1
- Responsible for HT sub-station, plant facility installation, maintenance and switching when required
- Oversee monitoring of facilities equipment operation
- Chargemen B1 certificate or equivalent
- Knowledge in Government rules and regulations
- Good oral and written, communication skills
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Good knowledge and skills of electrical supply installation, air compressor system, DI water plant, air conditional system, safety system, exhaust system and drainage
- Control utilities consumption

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties and provide clerical support
Requirements:
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies / Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of similar work experience with strong administrative and organizational skills
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial / Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
- Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of written and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to wok independently with minimum supervision
- Positive attitude with a pleasant personality
Liaison Executive (Kota Kinabalu)
Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport and maintain liaison with local communities and governing agencies to ascertain support for the Company's current / future development plans and interests
Requirements:
- Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Community Welfare, Education or related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in similar work context
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
Project Implementation / Coordination Executive (Kota Kinabalu)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare feasibility studies, market research and project costing. Manage costs, values, labor and materials, finance contractual arrangements and legal matter in the project
- Liaise with consultants and approving authorities
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Survey or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years related working experience preferably in property development and construction industry
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess initiative, discipline, strong motivation and able to work under pressure
