Reservations / Ticketing Agent
(Based in Kota Kinabalu)

Requirements:
- Minimum SPM wiht credit in English, Mathematics and Geography
- Aged 18-25 years
- Fluent in English / Bahasa Melayu / Mandarin
- Mature, assertive and self-motivated
Duties:
- Attend to travel agent / passenger needs in respect of reservations / ticketing
- Generally promote the interests and image of the airline
- Co-ordinate the operation of the Reservations / Ticketing department

- Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing or Business
- Preferably with at least 3 (three) years sales expereince working with Fast Moving Consumer Products (FMCG)
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player with ability to work independently
- Able to work under pressure in meeting sales targets
Tele-Sales Assistant
- Pleasant personality with communication skills, self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals and targets
- Prepared to work in fast-paced, sales-driven and rewarding environment
- Proficient in written and spoken Malay and English
- Confident telephone skills and good time management and organizational skills
